Welcome to the Xponent Training Materials.

If you are looking to reinforce your training, consider working through the Worked Examples. The majority of the training materials are tailored for the Journey Manager, Configurer, and Analyst personas. There are also shorter courses available for the Executive and Technical Support personas.

Logging into the CSG University Portal

To access the courses offered by CSG University, logging into the portal is mandatory. Follow these steps to log in:

1. Type the URL "https://csguniversity.csod.com/" into the address bar of your preferred web browser and press Enter.
   
2. For CSG Users - Click on the "Click here" link provided for employee login, which will utilize SSO and redirect you to the CSG University portal.
3. For External Users - Enter the required credentials:
   • Username: Enter your CSG University username or registered email id with us.
   • Password: Enter your CSG University password.
4. Click Enter. After successfully logging in, you will gain access to the CSG University portal, where you can explore and enroll to the available courses.
   If you discover that your account is inactive while attempting to sign into CSG University, you can reach out for assistance at [cetrng.support@csgi.com].

   

Forgot Password

If you encounter any difficulties during this process, ensure you have entered the correct username or email address. If you're unsure, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature to reset your password securely.

If you've forgotten your password for CSG University, follow these steps to recover access to your account:

1. Locate and click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page.
   
2. Login Credential: Provide either your username or the registered email address associated with your CSG University account.
3. CAPTCHA Verification: Check the box to confirm you're not a robot, to complete required CAPTCHA verification.
4. Click Submit. An email containing instructions to reset your password will be sent to the registered email address associated with your account.

Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password securely. Once completed, you'll be able to log in to CSG University using your new password and access the available courses.
