Welcome to Xponent Documentation

Xponent offers a software platform where you can easily map and execute customer journeys for your clients.

We sit in the middle of any pre-existing software and house the decision and rules engine regarding communication with each customer. Data is utilized across channels providing the most relevant content to each customer at the right times via preferred channels.

New to Journey Hub? Visit the Xponent User Guide. New Customer Journey Builders can use the Custom Graph Templates, ready-made graphs to jump-start building their customer journeys.
