Overview

• API Gateway Signature: The REST connector has been updated to enable AWS key generation. We have added a control to designate whether the AWS API Gateway signature will be appended in the web service adaptor and a series of input fields to support this functionality. This change enables streamlined graph configuration and improves overall scalability.
• Kafka Connector Enhancements: This release has two enhancements for the Kafka connector.
• Behavior within the Library context: This update ensures that when a Kafka connector, listener and/or adaptor is part of a template or managed graph, those assets can be successfully exported to a new project version. In addition, users can create and edit the Kafka connectors, listeners and/or adaptors from the Library.

• Support for authentication using SASL/PLAIN with TLS to Confluent Kafka service: Update to allow connection to Kafka servers (zookeeper and brokers) that are using TLS encryption by default.

• Enhanced logging and control over failed decryption events

Bug Fixes

KIT-7779 – Bug fix to enable users to use compound / advanced metrics again.

KIT-8868 – Change to prevent users from deleting projects that contain running graphs.

KIT-8930– Fix the issue with the REST connector not updating details, other than the endpoint, after an initial save.

KIT-9253 - Fix file timestamp while performing up and down migrations.

KIT-9489 – Fix the graph deployment state so when it is critical, but the engine is running to properly revert to ‘Running’.

KIT-9507- Revert metadata access restriction.
