Xponent Journey Hub April 2024 (24.1) Release Notes

Overview:

Xponent now empowers users to receive prompt notifications through communication channel integrated with the webhook Endpoint whenever anomalies are detected. This integration allows configured metric alerts delivery, facilitating seamless communication and response workflows. The anomalies signify deviations from normal or expected patterns within the monitored metrics over the specified interval. This feature ensures timely awareness and action in response to critical changes in metric behavior.

Enhancement to JDA: We have enhanced the Journey Discovery dashboard by adding the following new features.

• Segment Filter: Users now have the option to switch between viewing All Customers or a specific segment, and analyzing dashboard.  

• Segment Size Over Time in JDA: Segment Size Overtime, is designed to provide the historical trend of specific segment sizes over time. Users can track the growth or contraction of specific segments through an intuitive line graph interface. The system collects daily data on segment sizes and allows users to set dynamic start dates for analysis.
• Segment Definition: This widget is designed to visualize the criteria and rules utilized within segment, facilitating a clear understanding of segmentation logic.

Deployment status dashboard at the Organization level: We have enhanced the Project Card view within the organization's dashboard to provides the users an operational consolidated view of production graphs status. These improvements aim to empower users to track graph performance more effectively and address risk promptly.

Continuous Improvement:

• Profile Size Limits: KDM profile limits effectively identify profile size-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the system.
• Deployment Alerts: Improved precision in reporting graph state changes via email notifications, now with enhanced reliability by waiting for a 5-minute interval before sending alerts upon state changes.

Bug Fixes

• KIT-8284 - Fixed the issue with hover functionality on 'Most Popular Steps' chart in Analytics, now displaying journey step names correctly on mouse hover.
• KIT-11642 -  Fixed issue with 'toNodes' filter not being applied on 'popularLastSteps' sankeyType in profiles endpoint, now accurately filtering profiles based on specified nodes.
• KIT-12249 - Fixed issue with inaccurate rendering of popular channels bar chart UI, now updates correctly and displays accurate analytics data.

Deprecated Feature

Deprecated features are no longer supported effective immediately. This means that no enhancements will be made, and support tickets related to these features will not be addressed. However, despite being deprecated, these features may still be visible in the user interface.
