Overview

The 24.3 release focuses on simplifying template creation, testing, and management. It introduces features like sending test MMS messages directly from the editor, reusable shared assets for consistency across channels, and multi-channel template creation from a unified dashboard. You can also edit multiple templates and assets simultaneously, with improved template organization for easier access to the latest versions.

• Send MMS test: You can now send test MMS messages directly from the template editor to any U.S. mobile number. This enables immediate validation of how the message renders on handsets without needing to publish the template first. Test message helps to observe the template's behaviour on different devices. This feature streamlines testing, ensuring your MMS templates are ready for launch.

• Shared Assets within same Channel: Shared assets are reusable components, such as headers, footers, or styled content, designed to maintain consistency and efficiency across templates. This feature is available for creating email, SMS, and MMS templates, enabling consistent workflows across these channels. These assets ensure that any updates made in the shared library are automatically synced across all templates where they are used, streamlining workflows and reducing redundancy.

• Multi-Channel Template Creation: The new multi-channel template management allows you to create templates for different channel types, such as Email, SMS, and MMS, directly within the template editor. These channels are grouped together with the same name on the dashboard, enabling easy creation and management of templates across multiple channels in one place. Additionally, you can convert Email templates to SMS templates, ensuring seamless adaptation of content across channels.

• Multiple Template and Assets Editing: This feature enhances efficiency by allowing you to open and work on multiple templates and assets at the same time. You can compare templates, reuse content, or create new templates or assets for different channels (email, SMS, or MMS) without needing to close existing ones. Templates and assets are accessible directly through search and recent lists.

• Organized Template Library: Templates are organized by name across all channels, with only the most recently updated version shown by default. Expanding the list reveals the latest versions for each channel, sorted from most to least recently updated. This improves template navigation by ensuring that the most relevant templates are easily accessible.
