    XDP Functionality

    This feature has been discontinued as we are transitioning to natively implemented data processing features.

    Article Summary

    Xponent supports the integration of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) into Journey Orchestration (JO), resulting in real-time profile enrichments, segmentation, and advanced analytics capabilities.

    Enable XDP Functionality

    1. To enable the XDP Functionality, click on the Advanced tab located on the right-hand side of the organization page.
    2. Select the On radio button to change the configuration.
    3. Click Enable XDP to confirm the XDP Activation. Enabling the XDP Functionality will add XdpSegments and XdpAttributes keys to this organization profile schema.

    You must stop and redeploy any currently deployed graphs to take advantage of XDP features in graphs.

    Disable XDP Functionality

    1. To disable the XDP Functionality, click on the Advanced tab located on the right-hand side of the page.
    2. Select the Off radio button to change the configuration.

    Any graphs using the prevented data in the organization may not work as intended. Revise Affected graphs before disabling the XDP Functionality.

    After successfully disabling the XDP Functionality notification gets pop-up.
