    Reporting

    Xponent Communications Control (XCC) includes a dashboard you can use to view statistics for your organization's Email, Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS), and Short Message Service (SMS) channels.

    Perform the following steps to view the Dashboard.

    1. Click the Dashboard icon in the pane on the left side of the application to open the Dashboard.

    2. Select a filter type in the CHOOSE A FILTER TYPE card. DISPOSITION DATE is the default selection. Select a date range using the CHOOSE A DATE RANGE tool. The Dashboard updates automatically.
