Multiple Template and Assets Editing

The Multiple Template and Assets Editing feature enables you to open and work on multiple templates or assets simultaneously. This functionality streamlines workflows by allowing comparisons, content reuse, and seamless creation across channels (email, SMS, and MMS). Follow these steps to make the most of this feature.

• First open the Template or Asset

1. Navigate to the template or asset section on your dashboard.

2. Select a template or asset from the list and open it for editing.

3. Click the + icon next to the tab to open another template or asset.
   

• Access additional Templates or Assets through multiple options
  

1. While keeping the current template or asset open, use the Search Bar to locate another template or asset.

2. Choose from the Recent Activity list for quicker access to frequently used items.

3. Click Create New to start a new template or asset for a multiple channel (email, SMS, or MMS).

   The newly selected or created item (template or asset) will open in a new tab for seamless multitasking.

Best Practices

• Search Smartly: Use filters in the search bar to quickly find templates or assets by name, type, or channel.

• Leverage Recent Lists: Keep track of frequently accessed templates or assets for quick reference.

• Channel-Specific Optimization: Remember that SMS templates are alphanumeric-only, while email and MMS allow multimedia content.
