Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard
We have included an Interactive Training to provide a more engaging and visual learning experience. End users are required to complete their training through the CSG University.
Xponent's Customer Journey Discovery Analytics dashboard is designed to allow you to understand at the macro scale what is happening within your orchestrated journeys and discover improvement areas.
The Analytics dashboard is accessible via the Discovery tab under Analytics once analytics has been enabled. If you want to enable your project's analytics, please contact your Customer Success team.
To be able to use Customer Journey Discovery Analytics, you need to have deployed the core of the Xponent ID Manager that records customer profiles, journey steps, and interactions.
The Journey Discovery Dashboard page is broken into a number of sections:
- Analytical Summary
- Popular First Steps Sankey
- Journey Discovery Analytics Dashboard - Segmentation
- Popular Last Steps Sankey
- Individual Profile Page
An Analytics Filtering bar remains sticky at the bottom of the page and affects all of the visualizations on the Journey Discovery Dashboard. The global filter defines the population for all of the visualizations. See the Analytics Filtering page for more details.
