Advanced Settings brings together the reserved administrator functionality into a single location. This includes enabling the Journey Discovery dashboard and Performance Dashboard.
As best practice, all analytics enablement should go through Xponent Support to enable all the necessary pipeline provisioning and accounts before turning on analytics.
Analytics
Turning on the Analytics section within the Advanced Settings will enable the Journey Discovery dashboard. This dashboard will allow you to see the Sankey diagram and channel behavior overlap to understand customer journey behavior better.
To enable it, select the On radio button and click on the Enable Analytics.
Once enabled, you will need to define database type.
Here you will define which type of database the data can be found. Once selected, click on the Apply.
Analytics Deprovisioning
Analytics cannot be de-provisioned if any Segment Listeners are deployed. If attempted, the notification panel will show an error:
Dashboards
If you have a Performance Dashboard that you would like to integrate into your project, you can do so by turning it on in the Advanced Settings.
Once enabled, you will need to simply put in your CSG Domo Dashboard ID and Organization ID. The Domo Dashboard ID will always be csg-idp. The Dashboard ID can be found in this document under the dashboard mapping tab.
You will also need to define a default dashboard that is public in Domo so that all users will have a dashboard populate when they click on the "Performance" tab.
